Full or partial rewires.

Adams Electrical provides full or partial rewires of electrical installations in domestic, commercial or industrial premises. We endeavour to carry out the work with the minimum of disturbance and take pride in keeping the environment as tidy and dust free as possible.

 

When the results of an Electrical Installation Condition  Report show that the installation is unsatisfactory, it may be necessary to rewire all or parts of the installation.

 

When the rewire is completed the property will invariably need to be redecorated as chases may be cut into the wall. Part of the carpet and floor will need to taken up. On occasion the carpet underlay will crumble when it is taken up and carpet may not fit as well as it did before. In these cases it will be necessary to have the carpets replaced or refitted by a professional carpet fitter.

 

Important points to consider when requesting a rewire are:

• Will the property be in use during the works.
• Will any extra outlets be required.
• What kind of accessories will be required e.g.
  Brass, Chrome or Plastic.
• Will the kitchen be re fitted and require new
  outlets.
• Is a new cooker required.
• Is a shower required.
• Will exterior lighting or power be required.
